Belfast Boys' Model School was founded in 1857 as a 'model' of good practice in educational provision and it has gone from strength to strength. Their curriculum and their fantastic facilities were inspiring, but their website was not. It was incapable of displaying large images of the school, the dedicated teachers and the enthusiastic pupils. Worst of all, they didn't get the support they needed from their website provider.
The talented team at the Model had a clear idea of what they wanted to achieve but they were unable to deliver it through their existing partners. They approached us for an improved level of support and a well designed site that would be easier for visitors to navigate. We took their vision and developed a new site that was worthy of their school. The school already used social media and so we linked the site to all their Twitter accounts so they could tweet their activities. For parents without Twitter, we developed an automated newsletter to keep them up to date with events.
